Content Outline and Summary: Self-empowering interactive presentation that brings out the best in each person to increase their profitability and productivity.  Dr. Gordon teaches the importance of goal setting and affirmations by giving the participants tools on how to manifest everything that they want to create in their personal and business lives. There are six major areas of focus that will be covered in this presentation.
1. Acceptance 
The first step is accepting your feelings toward your situation.  Without ignoring your problems, your best choice is to choose what you have.  Only be accepting the situation as it is, will you be able to move to the next level.  Don’t judge each situation negative or positive.  Instead, just accept it without interpretation.  Acceptance is not passive.  By accepting your situation, you can become more productive.
2. Healthy Detachment 
Detachment is letting go of your attachment towards your feelings or you’re judgment of your situation.  The process of detachment allows you to let go of the past and create a new future.  Detachment from your excuses, your fears will bring you new freedom to create whatever you want.
3. Valuing and Embracing 
By learning to embrace your situation, you can transform it to be what you want it to become.  By learning the lessons of your mistakes and finding the value in them, you will have more control over changing your situation.  If you embrace your failure, you can build upon it and create the success you desire.
4. Empowerment 
 When people understand that they are empowered, they are motivated to act better.  When people are empowered, they perform better.  Empowering is the boss giving up control but still keeping the responsibility to guide things to happen. Empowerment brings the best out in each person or each employee. It helps you to focus and have clarity about goals. Empowering is not giving one the power that they do not have.  It motivates them to use their own power.
5. Creating Excess Profit 
The goal is to have the audience produce a breakthrough in creating excess profit without a self-limiting barrier. Having a positive attitude results in more profit.
6. Goal Setting and Affirmation 
An affirmation is stating what you want in your life and creating it.  By creating it you give the creation a direction. An affirmation is like a plan. Affirmations are actually looking at the end result and starting to create it, instead of looking at the past results and using that as an excuse for non-creation.   An affirmation is a creation with a breakthrough in mind.  The affirmation is a kind of vision that gives you the power to create whatever you want in the world.  This vision will give you the power for future creation not dependent on past performance. The affirmation is like a magnet creating all circumstances to fall in place to bring you what you desire.  Affirmations are positive statements in the present tense and are realistic and achievable.  By creating an affirmation, you start acting the way we want to become, and the result is that you become what we want to be. You act as if you already achieved what you wanted to achieve, and then the achievement follows.
